I know Shakespeare suggested killilng all the lawyers, but I'm planning on making the March 4th event. ...and bringing more lawyers (with the people who love/tolerate them). Will you also put me down for a kayak rental too?

Thanks SwimmerGirl. Please post the names on the sign in sheet here and anything you plan to bring. How many fishing poles will your 'team' need? Kayaks will be provided for all volunteers and Warriors.

Sorry if I missed this info somewhere, but is the main course still being provided by Bubba Burgers? Do we need buns and condiments?
Should we bring some hot dogs and buns, too?
We've also had some guests who prefer vegetarian dishes, so we need to have some of those items on the menu.

For those of you that would like to donate food to the next event we are having a pot luck meal for the next event. Please use the google doc that Jlusco posted above to update what you would like to bring. There is a tab at the bottom of the page for food. Look at whats listed that needs a name by it or add something to compliment the items already listed. My wife is making roasted pulled pork which could be eaten with rice or in a roll like a pulled pork sandwich.

Some of the items listed are not meat based so does that cover the vegetarians???

I have made arrangements for volunteers to setup while we are on the water. We will need at least 2 microwaves so we can heat up the dishes that need to be warmed. Thank you for helping to make this another great event.

Hi Scott,

I'll add my name on the list, and will tell my crew how to join the forum, sign up to bring stuff, etc.

The second half of my initial post didn't come through, I suppose.
I was offering that, whatever the value of monetary or in-kind contributions to the IWDClash April event--food included--my law firm is willing to make a matching contribution, up to $500, to benefit WWP. (I have a history of somehow screwing up food before getting it to its final destination. I think I get performance anxiety when it comes to feeding people!)

P.S. I've never fished in my life, so no pole for me.

Do we have a Plan B if the weather is bad for kayaking? Does Little Talbot Island State Park across the street have more and larger gazebo's?
Sunday...Breezy. Mostly cloudy with chance of showers and slight chance of thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 70s. Lows in the mid 50s. Chance of rain 40 percent.
