Roger Bump and I Went to Mayor Browns River Initiative Outing this morning at the Lions Club park and had a fun time kayaking out in the river with dozens of other yakers and paddleboarders. Our Mayor seems really genuine in wanting to promote the St. Johns River as an enjoyable resource and also a destination for visitors. Harley and Chica were also there hobnobbing with the Mayor and will probably post pics. Here is a link to the press release:
