Trout Roll Ups

Ingredients: 2-4 Fish fillets (they should be big enough to roll up)
1 cup Sour Cream
2 slices Swiss Cheese
2-3 slices Bacon (fried & crumbled)
Lemon pepper
Hot sauce
Garlic powder or salt
Cajun seasoning (Old Bay works also)

Instructions: Rinse & pat dry the fillets
Mix sour cream with hot sauce to taste
Spread a light coat of the sour cream-hot sauce mixture on one side of fillets
Sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic powder & Cajun seasoning
Cut swiss cheese in strips and lay on fillets
Sprinkle crumbled bacon over swiss cheese
Roll up fillets and secure with toothpicks
Place on a greased baking pan
Cover rolled fillets with remaining sour cream-hot sauce mixture
Place in oven @ 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Serve with: Any side dish you like
